ROLE -- Environemnt Artist, Level/Narrative Designer

DESCRIPTION --

For our take on the theme "It never ends" we wanted the project to be more narrative centric rather than gameplay focused. The story we created outlines a serious issue in current society with growing abductions creating unsafe environments for children all around the world. Walk through the story of the tragic Kool Kids Club, slowly uncovering their fate. 

This was a submission for ZenoJam2021, taking place over 3 days. The team's goal was to create something both story and environment heavy. I was responsible for creating 12 scenes for the player to explore, additional assets, designing and co-writing the narrative alongside Daniel Cutajar, who worked on character art, assets and UI. In the gallery below you can see a varied selection of the parallax environments I made for the project.
